    Horeca reprezinta pondere mica din consumul de cafea din Romania, iar speciality espresso
    reprezinta pondere si mai mica din piata horeca.
    Caffè latte: espresso cu lapte fierbinte (70-75° C),
    fara spuma, servit intr- ceasca de cappuccino sau intr-un pahar cilindric.

    Avantaul este ca in acest fel, vei obtine exact concentratia pe
    care doresti a bauturii dar dezavantajul este evident – cand apa trebuie pusa
    „din ochi”, exista riscul sa iti faci bautura mai putin gustoasa sau sa apesi prea mult pe maneta si apa sa curga din casa. La început, cafeaua se vindea de către comercianţii de limonada şi se credea că are calităţi medicinale.
