CICLO VIA é realizado para soluções na UFSC
Alunos de graduação na disciplina de Habitats de Inovação participam do CICLO VIA Cidades Inteligentes & Inovação Social elaborando e apresentando soluções visando criar uma SMART UFSC!
Cidades inteligentes são ecossistemas urbanos inovadores e um dos principais pilares para seu desenvolvimento é a inovação social, a qual envolve ações da sociedade civil, governo, organizações privadas, não-governamentais e sem fins lucrativos com o objetivo de desenvolver um ambiente mais criativo, sustentável .
Apesar de ser um conceito ainda em desenvolvimento, já possui diversas iniciativas no mundo todo, sendo uma das mais interessantes e referência para esse trabalho, o Città Studi – Campus Sustentável. O Città é um projeto desenvolvido pela Politécnica de Milão e a Universidade de Milão com o objetivo de transformar o bairro universitário em um modelo de qualidade de vida e sustentabilidade ambiental através da participação ativa de toda a população universitária e também dos moradores locais. Com essa inspiração e adaptação à realidade florianopolitana, os alunos buscaram apresentar propostas para tornar o entorno e a parte interna do campus da UFSC mais inteligente.
Os grupos apresentaram diversas propostas relacionadas a ECONOMIA INTELIGENTE (competitividade), PESSOAS INTELIGENTES (capital humano e social), GOVERNANÇA INTELIGENTE (participação civil e protagonismo cidadão), MOBILIDADE INTELIGENTE (transporte e TIC’s), MEIO AMBIENTE INTELIGENTE (recursos naturais), ESTILO DE VIDA INTELIGENTE (qualidade de vida).
Com base no levantamento de problemas e dores em cada dimensão foram propostas as seguintes soluções:
ECONOMIA
- Falta de incentivo à iniciativas empreendedoras e inovadoras
- Falta de transparência dos gastos dos centros de gestão dos recursos
- Pouca interação com universidade e comunidade
- Falta de promoção da UFSC para a utilização dos espaços para utilização pública comunitária
- Carência de informação acerca das oportunidades de estágio no externo
- Falta de competitividade das lanchonetes da universidade
- Falta de recuross para investimentos para empreendedorismo
- Falta de propagação da marca da UFSC nacionalmente e internacionalmente
PESSOAS
- Falta de incentivos e oportunidades para atividades em sala de aula para a experiência prática e real do mercado de trabalho
- Preconceito na universidade com estudantes de outras relgiões e nacionalidades
- Falta de interesse dos alunos em participar de partidos ou chapas
GOVERNANÇA
- Transparência de aplicação dos recursos
- Falta de interação entre alunos e gestores para a tomada de decisão
- Falta de comunicação eficiente e atualizada
MOBILIDADE
- Acessibilidade
- Ciclovia
- Estacionamento
- Iluminação
- Sinalização bilíngue
MEIO AMBIENTE
- Gastos com energia
- Desperdícios da água
- Pouca ilumincação
- Poluição do córrego da universidade
- Resíduos orgânicos do restautante universitário
ESTILO DE VIDA
- Falta de iluminação
- Segurança nos pontos de ônibus
- Falta de acesso da comunidade aos conhecimentos da universidade (exemplo: área da saúde, direito, serviço social, etc)
- Falta de espaços colaborativos, como os coworkings, para a integração das diversas áreas da universidade.
As diferentes propostas têm comum: considerar os alunos como os protagonistas nas soluções dos problemas identificados e propor agendar prévias e enfoques para cada projeto. Tais soluções criadas, além de resolver problemas ou melhorar condições da comunidade, ainda geram conhecimento, oportunidades e fortalecem as relações entre os atores envolvidos, gerando benefícios para todo o ecossistema.
